With our Galaxy photo package, you receive 3 downloadable Galaxy images.
Our Process:
- You Purchased your photo package.
- We ship our Welcome kit to the address of your choice.
- Once you have followed the instructions, you may return your package to the United States Post Office. You must walk your package into the post office and send this certified mail, due to the federal laws of shipping cremated ashes in the US.
- Once we receive your Lab kit, we get to work photographing on our state-of-the-art equipment.
- You will receive an email when we have completed our work and your image is available for download. You will have the ability to copy our photos as many times as you wish but not alter them.
- We will ship your Thank You Kit back to you via USPS.
- Lab orders could be sent separately, please check your email for tracking numbers.
* We can not guarantee the color of your photo. If you have a preference, we ask that you add this information to your checkout page in “additional notes.”
* We are NOT responsible for packages being lost in the mail. We can only provide tracking numbers for USPS.
* We must ship USPS by law. SHIPPING IS INCLUDED! That is 3 priority mail shipping boxes!
