Step 1:
Our Welcome Kit and Lab Kit are shipped to you promptly after ordering. Kit includes: Directions, Materials, Return Shipping, Charm, and a welcome letter with next steps.
Step 2:
Return your Lab Kit to your local United States Postal Office, you will have to drop your kit off at the counter due to Federal Law.
Step 3:
We take our chain of custody as one of the most important steps for our business. You will be notified Promptly upon arrival.
Step 4:
Our photographer will reach out to you during the process to let you know a little about them (via email provided at check out)
Step 5:
We notify you when your loved one and Thank You Kit are on their way home to you. Our Thank You Kits are sent to the same Address as our Welcome Kits. If you need this address changed we ask that you email us (hello@mustardtree.life) or call (1-888-585-0226) as soon as possible.
Step 6:
In your thank you kit you will find your Lab Credit and instructions to your Personalized app and Digital Gallery instructions.
